DOMESTIC DELIVERY

£6.95 +VAT is the flat-rate shipping charge that applies to all UK Mainland (excl. Scottish Highlands) for orders under £100.00. We keep most popular items in stock for immediate dispatch and it is our aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible. It is not necessarily a next-day service on all items as some products can take between 2 and 5 days to be dispatched depending on the brand of the item. Deliveries to more remote areas of the United Kingdom may incur additional charges at checkout. If you are unsure about any aspect of our delivery service or your order is required urgently, please let us know and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.

STOCK ITEMS

We keep most popular items in stock for immediate dispatch and it is our aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible, usually next day or within three working days.
However, like most distributors of the premium Scandinavian brands like Blaklader, some items are imported directly from the brands' central distribution centres across Europe.
Therefore we will aim to deliver items by these manufacturers that we do not carry in stock within one week (seven days) of receiving your order.

The most popular Blaklader items are available in our stock for immediate dispatch and next day delivery.

PRINTED OR EMBROIDERED ITEMS

When you have selected to personalise your items, delivery will be within 3 weeks of receiving your order & artwork to all UK Mainland addresses. However, most orders for personalised items are delivered well before 3 weeks. (England,Scotland and Wales). All Deliveries must be checked for the correct number of items and you must inform us of any discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Non-mainland UK and international destinations carry additional charges and can have longer delivery times. See below for delivery times and rates.
